In today’s workplace, claims and lawsuits relating to unfair labor practices and unlawful discrimination occur regularly and many of these claims could be avoided by a prompt and effective internal workplace investigation. Business Law Centre provides comprehensive and thorough workplace investigations, conducted by a skilled attorney investigator trained in communication and interview techniques. In many cases, an effective workplace investigation allows an employer to resolve an employee complaint internally without the need for time consuming and expensive litigation. However, if the employee complaint cannot be resolved internally and results in an administrative claim or lawsuit, an effective workplace investigation provides an employer defense at trial.
