Workplace Investigations
How should an employer respond when an employee alleges unlawful discrimination in the workplace? Immediately, and the Business Law Centre can help! In today's workplace, claims and lawsuits relating to unlawful discrimination occur regularly and many of these claims could be avoided by a prompt and effective internal workplace investigation. The Business Law Centre provides comprehensive and thorough workplace investigations, conducted by a skilled attorney investigator, trained in communication and interview techniques. In many cases, an effective workplace investigation, allows an employer to resolve an employee complaint internally without the need for time consuming and expensive litigation. However, if the employee complaint can not be resolved internally and results in an administrative claim or lawsuit, an effective workplace investigation acts as a defense to the employer at trial.
